Our company was established in 2002. Our subsidiary has a Wholesale License in accordance with the Electricity Market License Regulation. Our subsidiary of which 99.9% of its share capital in the amount of TRL 25,000,000 is held by Ayen Enerji A.Ş. is engaged in buying and selling electric power in the free market and selling electric power to free consumers through bilateral agreements.

The basic principles of our company are to provide quality service to its customers in the most appropriate conditions and to create long-term cooperation. By analyzing the load and consumption of the customers, alternative solution packages are created to suit their needs and special situations. Our company informs its customers about regulations and trading of electrical energy in the free market and provides the necessary support for them to benefit from this free market.
