Ayen Energy

The company was established in 1988. The company operates in the fields of electricity generation, transmission, distribution and investment in hydraulic, gas and wind power plants in Turkey and abroad. The company is the developer of the Yamula Dam and HEPP project, which is operated in accordance with the Law No. 3096 under the Build-Operate-Transfer model on the Kizilirmak River in Kayseri and has a concession agreement related thereto.

Yamula Dam and HEPP project with an installed capacity of 100 MW and an annual production capacity of 422 GWh is the most important energy project in the region. The facility was commissioned in July 2005.

Our Company holds a 96.72% stake in the company with a nominal capital of TL 80.000.000, which joined our Subsidiaries in 2002.
